DriftSeal provides automated technical analysis and monitoring. It does not guarantee that software is secure. A clean DriftSeal result means only that no material issue or drift was detected by the active ruleset and coverage available during that scan.

Evidence, not certification

A hash proves equality of observed bytes under a hash function. It does not prove those bytes are benign. An unchanged component can contain an existing vulnerability. A changed component can be a legitimate improvement.

Interpretation

Static capability and instruction indicators are deterministic rules applied to visible content. They may include false positives or miss unsupported constructs. Severity describes review priority, not verified exploitability. Do not describe a DriftSeal badge as certified secure, safe, hack-proof or guaranteed.
