Terms of Service

These terms govern use of DriftSeal's automated technical analysis and monitoring service, provided under the mAIb Tech product brand.

Permitted use

Only submit components you are authorised to analyse. Do not use DriftSeal to access private networks, probe unauthorised infrastructure, transmit secrets or evade limits. You remain responsible for selecting, approving and operating third-party software.

Subscriptions

SCAN provides one-time analysis. WATCH, PRO and TEAM provide recurring monitoring within published component limits and intervals. Prices are monthly in USD; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Manage changes and cancellation through the billing portal. Cancellation at period end preserves entitlement through the paid period; failed payment may pause monitoring. No monitoring frequency is a real-time guarantee.

Assessment limitations

DriftSeal provides automated technical analysis and monitoring. It does not guarantee that software is secure. A clean DriftSeal result means only that no material issue or drift was detected by the active ruleset and coverage available during that scan.

DriftSeal is not a certification authority. Reports are technical observations, not legal, regulatory or security warranties. Availability of a source, registry or endpoint may limit coverage. You must review changes before relying on them.

Ownership and service changes

You retain rights in submitted materials. You grant only the permission needed to analyse and retain evidence for the service. Open-source components are governed by their included licences. Material changes to paid services will be communicated through appropriate account channels.

Operator and applicable rights

The contracting operator is mAIb Tech LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, registered-agent address 8 The Green, STE R, Dover, DE 19901, USA. Contact support@maib.io for support, refunds or legal notices. Delaware law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
